This diptych of works presents images of the same place from slightly different perspectives. The images are held up against the wall through the weight of leaning tree trunks. This means of displaying the images is derived from the act witnessed by the artist in Sri Lanka for leaning sticks in places to mark a passage, or to designate spaces that are considered meaningful.
