The material of this film consists mainly of images and songs from Easter masses and processions in Catholic Europe, mainly in Italy, collected via a group on Facebook administrated by different professional ethnomusicologists and amateurs. They stem from the time of the lockdown, but also from the years before. From this archive, there emerges a visual and sonic poem that captures the collective emotion of this slow week of suffering.
